Services

English with Rudy provides:

• Online English language tuition delivered via video call (1-to-1 sessions and bundles)
• Digital educational content including video courses, guides, and downloadable resources

By purchasing or accessing any service, you agree to these terms in full.

Payments

• All payments are processed securely via Stripe
• Prices are displayed in GBP (British Pounds Sterling)
• Payment is required before a session is confirmed
• We do not store card details — all payment data is handled by Stripe

Cancellation policy

• Sessions cancelled with more than 24 hours' notice may be rescheduled at no charge
• Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable
• Bundle packages are non-refundable once any sessions have begun

Refund policy

• Refunds for unused sessions in a bundle may be requested within 14 days of purchase, provided no sessions have taken place
• First sessions (£20) are non-refundable
• Digital products and downloadable resources are non-refundable once accessed

Intellectual property

All course materials, guides, resources, and content produced by English with Rudy are for your personal use only. You may not share, reproduce, distribute, or resell any materials without prior written permission.

Limitation of liability

English with Rudy is not liable for any exam results, employment outcomes, visa decisions, or any other consequences arising from tuition or use of materials. All educational services are provided in good faith on a best-efforts basis.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
